•The motors in this series are newly developed mid-size DC motors, starting from Z4 series small-size DC motors, which adopt advanced design and polygonal layered stator frame structure to make full efficient use of space. The entire stator and rotor are coated with solvent-free, vacuum pressure immersion (VPI) paint, which provides the winding with good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, as well as good insulation and thermal conductivity. The stator magnet clamp, pole, armature core - are all made by stacking thin silicon steel plates on top of each other. This series motors have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, etc. Engines can operate at ambient temperatures from -15℃to +40 degree, altitude above sea level<=1 km and average monthly air humidity<=90% (at a temperature of 25 degree). This series of motors are mainly applied in all kinds of industrial workshops, such as metallurgical industrial rolling mill, metal cutting machine, paper making machine, dyeing and weaving machine, printing machine, cement machine, plastic extrusion machine, etc.
