The design of the TDMK400-30/2150 is precisely optimized for low speed and high load applications: In terms of the main components, the stator uses a large diameter core design (2150mm) to increase the effective electromagnetic area. This is complemented by thick section copper winding wire, providing a stable power output of 400 kW. The rotor uses a 30-pole configuration with an optimized pole structure, equipped with damping windings positioned according to the magnetic field characteristics at low speeds, providing a balance between starting performance and operating stability. To ensure installation compatibility, the IM7311's standardized flange dimensions allow direct connection to most heavy equipment flanges. This promotes high positioning accuracy and shortens installation and commissioning cycles, significantly increasing project efficiency.

Engine Description
These motors are manufactured to the JB/T1473-2000 standard for mining applications. They are suitable for indoor environments at altitudes up to 1000 m, at temperatures up to 40 degrees, with low dust content and without corrosive gases. Rated voltage - 6 kV or 10 kV (3 kV on request), voltage tolerance - ±5%. Rated frequency - 50 Hz, power factor - 0,9. Protection level - IP00 (can be upgraded to IP20), cooling method - IC01, installation type - IM7311. The motor shaft has a cylindrical extension and rotates counterclockwise (or clockwise on request). The shaft extension cannot withstand radial or axial forces when connected to the coupling. The excitation system uses an SCR device, the motor provides direct starting at full voltage (reduced starting can be used if necessary). The stator wires exit through six heads (U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2) from the bottom. Bearings with an oil ring or composite bearings with an insulating gasket are used. The shaft can be perforated on request for a pneumatic coupling.
