1. General design

The body is made in a welded frame design with high rigidity and resistance to vibrations. Adopts IC611 fully enclosed air-air cooling and IP54 protection rating. The slip ring chamber is equipped with an inspection window for easy visual inspection of the brush assembly.

2. Stator system

The stator is assembled using external pressing technology. The winding is made using vacuum -pressure impregnation VPI technology with class F insulation, has high electrical strength, moisture resistance and resistance to frequency converter harmonics.

3. Rotor and slip ring assembly

The motor is equipped with a winding rotor designed for smooth speed control. Wear-resistant slip rings ensure stable transmission of high current with minimal sparking. The design of the ring chamber eliminates the risk of dust ignition.

4. Bearing assembly and lubrication system

Heavy-duty bearings with a centralized lubricant supply and drainage system are installed. The design is designed for long continuous operation with minimal maintenance.
