Design features
A welded steel box base is used, providing high rigidity, low weight and excellent vibration resistance. The center height of the base is 355mm, the default is IMB3 horizontal installation with supports. Bearings can be either rolling or sliding. The rolling bearings are equipped with a continuous oil supply and drainage device, while the sliding bearings use a composite lubricant, which simplifies maintenance and provides improved protection.
It is a three-phase asynchronous motor with a squirrel-cage rotor. The rotor is mainly made of copper rods (optional cast aluminum), precisely welded and slotted, ensuring stable performance. The stator has an external press-fit design coupled with low harmonic windings and magnetic slot wedges to reduce losses. The Class F insulation system is treated with VPI technology to provide moisture and impact resistance, suitable for 6kV and 10kV high voltage environments, and can withstand high frequency surges.
The IC611 air cooling system is used. The fan combination optimizes the ventilation path, resulting in efficient heat dissipation, low power consumption and low noise, ensuring the temperature rise meets S1 duty cycle standards. Protection℃IP55, suitable for harsh operating conditions; Adjustable main distribution box installation and incoming wire direction, built-in independent grounding terminal to ensure the safety of high voltage wiring.
