Mechanical design
The frame is constructed from welded sheet steel with ductile iron end caps, providing high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance and the ability to withstand high torque shock loads. The standard installation size is - horizontal IMB3 with supports, allowing direct replacement of DC motors of the same specifications without changing the mounting base.
Cooling and protection
Equipped with IC06 cooling system, which consists of independent forced fan and air cooler, which ensures efficient heat dissipation through the heat exchange of hot and cold air, with an efficiency three times higher than natural cooling. The entire motor series has a basic protection class of IP21S, suitable for dusty and damp industrial environments. The main distribution box has a sealed design with a built-in independent ground terminal block to ensure the safety of high voltage DC wiring.
Electromagnetic and switching system
The stator has an external press-mount design, is constructed from low-loss silicon steel sheets and has Class F insulated windings. The rotor is vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) for exceptional moisture and shock resistance, the ability to withstand 1.2 times rated voltage shock and a corona life of up to 20 000 hours. The rotor has a laminated structure, and the windings use silver-copper alloy wires, which have high conductivity and low heat generation.

1. Excellent speed control performance
Supports smooth stepless speed control from 5% to 100%, with field weakening speed control range up to 1:2 and speed control accuracy within ±0.5%, which is suitable for high-precision speed control scenarios such as rolling mills and paper making machines. The starting torque can reach 2.5 times the rated torque, easily driving large inertial loads, while the starting current is controlled within 1.5 times the rated current, reducing the impact on the grid.

Class F insulation combined with a highly efficient IC618 cooling system with ample heat reserve ensures long-term stable operation in conditions from -15℃to 40℃and at an altitude of<=1000 m. The optimized switching system design reduces brush wear by 20%, extending the life of the switch by more than 5 years, reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
3. Widely adaptable
The rated voltage covers 440 V and 660 V DC, allowing it to be used to drive rolling mills, winches, injection molding machines and other equipment. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, pulp-paper industry, shipbuilding and other industries. Optional encoders, tachogenerators, and other feedback devices can be added to provide closed-loop control and meet high-precision speed control requirements.

The sealed design of the high-voltage distribution box and multi-layer protection system effectively prevent DC leakage and arcing, which meets the safety requirements of high-voltage industrial operations.
