Z2 Series DC Motors

DC electric motors of the Z2 series from Sima - are compact and reliable equipment with precise speed control. They are characterized by light weight, stable operation and ease of maintenance, ideal for driving low-power mechanisms.

With excellent stepless speed adjustment, it is widely used in CNC machine tools, medical equipment, automated lines and other industries. Complies with industrial standards, parameters can be adapted according to customer request.

 

Design

 

•Low power DC electric motors of the Z2 series are available in 11 sizes, each size has two core lengths. They are produced in three modifications: DC electric motor, DC generator and adjustable voltage DC generator. Designed for use under normal normal operating conditions. Electric motors are used for general drive, generators - as a conventional source of direct current, and variable voltage generators - for charging batteries.

•Basic modification of the Z2 - series are self-ventilated machines. When the external armature voltage is reduced to reduce the speed, the torque is reduced in proportion to the reduction in rotation speed. Power is transmitted to the electric motor through triangular belts, spur gears or elastic couplings, eliminating the impact of axial forces on the machine.

•Excitation method: Electric motors: parallel or separate excitation with small stabilizing windings;

•Generators: complex or separate excitation (generators with a rated voltage of 230 V);

•Adjustable voltage generators: parallel excitation (without series windings).

Electric motors have a unidirectional cylindrical axle protrusion; At the customer's request, they can be manufactured with a bidirectional axle projection.

For horizontal electric motors, the socket box is located to the left of the frame (when viewed from the side of the axle protrusion); At the customer's request, it can be placed to the right of the bed.

Z2 series DC generators can operate normally in forward or reverse rotation direction.

The direction of rotation of Z2 series generators and variable voltage generators (when viewed from the axle boss side) - is counterclockwise; According to operational requirements, they can be manufactured in a version with clockwise rotation.

Direct current generators or variable voltage direct current generators are produced in only one design: horizontal, with stands on the frame.

The main series of DC electric motors has armature voltage in two options: 110 V and 220 V. The rated rotation speed is presented in five options: 3000 rpm, 1500 rpm, 1000 rpm, 750 rpm, 600 rpm. Technical data is presented in the table below.
