An explosion-proof type “d” design is used with explosion protection marking Ex db IIB T4 Gb/Ex db IIC T4 Gb. The overall level of protection reaches IP55. The fully enclosed design coupled with an explosion-proof vent drain valve (horizontal installation) is suitable for indoor, outdoor and various corrosion-resistant environments, effectively resisting dust and low-pressure water jet penetration.

Three-phase asynchronous motor with squirrel cage rotor. The stator features an advanced electromagnetic design combining low loss windings and high strength magnetic wedges to optimize energy conversion efficiency. Insulation grade F (155), treated with VPI vacuum impregnation, provides moisture and impact resistance, as well as the ability to withstand electrical loads in harsh environments.

Cooling is provided by the IC411 self-ventilated cooling system. Optimized fan and ventilation duct design ensures efficient heat dissipation and low noise, meeting the temperature rise requirements for continuous operation in S1 mode. The base height is 132mm and by default is designed for horizontal mounting of the IMB3 with legs, allowing flexible adaptation to different installation scenarios.

The main junction box is located on top of the motor, has a four-position adjustable cable outlet and ample internal wiring space to support rubber sheathed cables or steel conduits. The auxiliary junction box shares a common cavity with the main junction box, but has independent wiring input adaptable to the wiring needs of auxiliary functions such as temperature sensing and heating elements.

Suitable for Class II A, B and C explosive gas environments. Temperature group T4 ensures that the surface temperature does not exceed 135 degree, making it safe for use in high-risk areas such as coal mines and petrochemical plants, effectively preventing the risk of explosion caused by electrical sparks.

High precision processing ensures vibration and noise levels superior to similar products, which meets environmental requirements. The bearings use low-noise lubrication and, thanks to their optimized design, provide high stability, long service life and reduced maintenance.

The rated voltage covers 380V and 660V, supports 50Hz/60Hz frequency, can drive a variety of general equipment such as compressors, pumps and fans, and is widely used in many industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, municipal gas supply, and grain and petroleum processing. Custom versions are also available for special operating conditions such as corrosion resistance and tropical climates.
